Yoda is an AI necklace seniors can talk to. I built the ESP32-S3 firmware and Python MCP server behind its eight tools. Caregivers can follow along on a dashboard and approve sensitive actions.

4. False-alarm check: Faces are blurred before a second model checks whether to send the alert.

A fire-detection prototype built in 24 hours. It checks possible fires with a second model and plots evacuation routes. I built the second check for false alarms, then took the demo to Changi Fire Station for firsthand feedback.

2. Dispatcher cockpit: Dispatchers can compare truck loads, change constraints and override the generated plan.
3. Live delivery map: Each truck's delivery route has its own colour.
4. Product overview: The current product turns a 45-minute planning job into a plan the dispatcher can inspect and change.

Dispatchers spent around 45 minutes planning each load. Stow plans loads in 3D and recalculates both trucks in about two seconds when an order moves. PTC's Group CIO reviewed the working demo. Backed by the S$2,000 SUTD Baby Shark Fund.
